David Steinmeyer: As General Contractors, we offer a full range of construction services, such as roofing, design build, framing, foundations, site work, renovations, new construction, commercial, drywall, installation of windows of doors, kitchen cabinets, kitchen renovation, bathroom renovations, and pools.
David Steinmeyer: Yes, we do a lot of property repairs and remodeling.

David Steinmeyer: Key Haven Estates, a $19 million project.

David Steinmeyer: Building charity homes for Epispical Diocese.

David Steinmeyer: A wide variety, from resorts to hotels, and commercial strip centers to offices. Other examples include recording studios, docks, bars & restaurants.

David Steinmeyer: Yes, we’re involved through all stages. The average build time is 8 -12 months.
